A New Jersey chiropractor pleaded guilty right now to a felony cost relating to the distribution of steroid-like medicine in purported nutritional dietary supplements.
According to courtroom paperwork, Nicholas Andrew Puccio, 41, currently of Columbus, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to introducing an unapproved new drug into interstate commerce with the intent to defraud and mislead the U.S. Food items and Drug Administration (Food and drug administration) and consumers.
