These flavours are a matcha created in heaven! To rejoice the start of our Pure Matcha+ accredited natural green tea powder, we made these moreish and healthful bliss balls. Packed with plant-protein, fibre from dates and the star of the show… antioxidant-loaded matcha! These balls make the excellent snack that will be loved by matcha novices and connoisseurs alike.
Helps make: 14 balls
1 ½ cup (200g) cashews
½ serve (15g) JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
8 (120g) Medjool dates, pitted & about chopped
¾ cup (70g) desiccated coconut
1/3 cup (55g) white chocolate chips, optional
3 serves JSHealth Pure Matcha+
1/3 cup water, warm
¼ cup (20g) desiccated coconut
Blend all of the substances in a large-driven food stuff processor, processing till the mixture will come with each other. The mixture must adhere alongside one another when pressed involving your fingers. If the mixture feels a very little dry, include an added tablespoon of heat h2o and process again.
Remove the mixture from the foods processor and transfer to a smaller bowl. Roll into 14 compact balls. Then, roll each ball in an extra sprinkle of coconut.
Hold saved in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
