Local and organic Spanish-style food in Charlottesville, Virginia- MAS Tapas!
Dinner at MAS Tapas this weekend! I often make a quit when I am back in Charlottesville. So lots of locals say this food is the best of the finest!
MAS Tapas is a buzzy Spanish eatery providing tapas & wine in a vibey location with an exceptionally energetic bar & patio. 
Their menu involves community and natural dishes. They use non-GMO natural flour, organic sourdough bread (this is a cafe you can eat the bread), community pastured eggs, natural dates, natural and organic arugula, natural cauliflower with coconut milk, natural wooden-grilled chicken wings, natural and organic area hen, wild shrimp, and area mushrooms from Sharondale Farm!
Their tapas are often shared amid huge groups which enable for communal sharing and contributes to the community environment.
I am blown away by how quite a few natural and organic elements they use furthermore all of the fresh new, nearby create! I often make sure to stop by when I am in city. I highly endorse MAS Tapas!

Soon after our unbelievable dinner, we observed the Andy Frasco band at Jefferson Theatre. So enjoyable!
