You can get better results from your workouts, I did.

This is great news for both of us, more muscle gain, which is just what we wanted from our body building workouts. We will take advantage of this fact.
If you think about it, do any of your muscles fail when you are performing a certain exercise and there not even the ones your working on?
For example, if you were working your chest with bench presses and your shoulder muscles fail and so on.
Well, if this is the case, the muscles that you were working is not getting the full stimulus they need to activate growth, due to the other failing too quickly.
So, we can add this missing secret element to our workouts and take care of this problem. And here is what it is…
What exercise order is: It is working a certain muscle group on prior to another so you do not to get to failure before that muscle group gets the utmost intensity and focus of the workout.
A couple of tips:
1. Work your bigger muscles first (squats, chin ups etc.) before your smaller muscles. (bicep curls, tricep push downs, calf exercises etc.)
2. Focus on the form and muscle contraction of each exercise to ensure you are working the intended muscles with little assistance from the others. Mind body connection will get you the best results.
Warning: Remember to warm up before performing the above or any intense body building workouts.
